One of the most vital tasks in maintaining your vehicle is keeping up with regular oil changes. TCM Werkshop highly recommends getting your engine oil changed every 5,000 miles for the greatest possible longevity of the vehicle. In our opinion, 10,000 miles or more between oil changes is simply too long. Engines operate optimally with clean, fresh oil, free of particulates and contamination. We are proud to use only Mercedes-Benz and/or BMW approved oils according to the specifications of your vehicle.

Services A-G differ in which additional items the service computer is requesting based on model, mileage, and wear. When a vehicle is here for an oil service, we begin by scanning the service computer to check which preventative maintenance items are being requested. Once we gather that information, the technician will inspect these areas to verify if they are needed on that visit. If a service can wait until a later time, we pass that information along to the customer! Full estimates of services requested by the vehicle will be provided to the customer prior to moving forward with the service. We are always happy to help explain why a particular service is recommended and walk the customer through step-by-step if needed.
